Title
Quantum Control of a High-Speed Semiconductor Quantum Dot Hybrid Qubit
Abstract
Single spins in semiconductors can be manipulated coherently on time scales ranging from seconds for nuclear spins to a few nanoseconds for electron spins. Remarkably, confining three electrons in two neighboring quantum dots enables all electrical control and measurement of spin dynamics on time scales less than one nanosecond. In this talk I discuss recent work on the high-speed end of this continuum, using Si/SiGe gate-defined quantum dots.
