Title
Challenging QED with atomic Hydrogen
Abstract
Precision spectroscopy of atomic hydrogen is required for testing quantum electrodynamics (QED), the determination of fundamental constants and to probe for physics beyond the Standard Model. A measurement of the Lamb shift in muonic hydrogen is in significant contradiction to the hydrogen data. In order to shed light on this so-called Proton Radius Puzzle, the transition frequencies of more lines in atomic hydrogen has been measured.
