Title
In Search of Cosmic-Ray Antinuclei from Dark Matter with the GAPS Experiment
Abstract
The GAPS balloon payload, which just completed it first Antarctic flight, is the first experiment optimized specifically for low-energy cosmic anti-protons, antideuterons, and antihelium as signatures of dark matter. The discovery of complex antinuclei by GAPS would be an unambiguous signal of new physics. In this talk, I will detail the novel GAPS detector and the potential impact of these measurements in the coming years.
