Frontiers in Nanophotonics: Enabling Technology for Next-Generation Biosensors
Abstract
Nanophotonics, which excels at controlling light in sub-wavelength volumes and providing enhanced light-matter interaction is opening up unprecedented opportunities in many fields including biology and bioanalytics. In this talk, I will share our effort to exploit nanophotonics for introducing powerful biosensing, spectroscopy and bioimaging technologies that can have impact on a wide range of areas including basic research in the life sciences and disease diagnostics.
